🎓 Project Name: Impact by Design - excellence in youth-led initiatives for a sustainable and democratic Europe

Our Youth IST team members will take part in this Erasmus+ Training Course, together with youth workers from 14 countries. This training focuses on impact-driven project design - turning ideas, values, and needs into coherent projects that create meaningful and lasting impact. Participants will work with practical tools like impact mapping, logic models, and Theory of Change, and strengthen their skills in project design, budgeting, and evaluation.
